TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Shuhari Judo website and participating in any classes, events, or programs offered by Shuhari Judo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Shuhari Judo programs are open to individuals of all skill levels, subject to age requirements and safety assessments for specific classes. Participants under the age of 18 must have written consent from a parent or guardian before training. All members must disclose relevant medical conditions or physical limitations prior to participation.

3. MEMBERSHIP AND FREE TRIAL

The 7-day free trial offer is available to new visitors only and is subject to scheduling availability. Free trial participants must complete a waiver before stepping onto the mat. Continued training after the trial period requires enrollment in a paid membership plan.

4. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

Membership fees are billed according to the plan selected at registration. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or in the case of documented medical withdrawal. Failed payments may result in suspension of access until the account is brought current.

5. WAIVERS AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Judo is a physical martial art and contact sport. All participants must sign a liability waiver acknowledging the risks of injury inherent in training. Shuhari Judo, its instructors, and host facility are not liable for injuries arising from participation except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. CODE OF CONDUCT

All members, guests, and visitors must follow the dojo etiquette and instructions of the coaching staff. Disrespectful behavior, unsafe conduct, or harassment of any kind will result in immediate removal from the facility and possible termination of membership without refund.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, images, videos, and branding, is the property of Shuhari Judo and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. EXTERNAL LINKS

This website may contain links to third-party services, including social media platforms and scheduling providers. Shuhari Judo is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third-party services.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

Shuhari Judo reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
